Introducing The PML
To celebrate our London arrival, we've given the city's iconic pie, mash & liquor the ultimate pizza upgrade.
Meet The PML: a velvety, creamy mash potato base, smothered in gooey Fior di Latte and rich Agerola, topped with slow-braised ox cheek and cracked black pepper. The grand finale? A rich parsley liquor dipping sauce made explicitly for dunking your airy, wood-fired cornicione. London craft meets Naples soul.
