It's official. This August, Forbici lands at the Trafford Centre. Our third pizzeria, a new home for the same biga, the same wood-fired Acunto oven, and the same obsession with Naples craft you'll find in Manchester city centre, Wilmslow and Sheffield.
What to expect
Everything you already love about Forbici, set inside one of the North West's best loved destinations. The full pizza menu, the antipasti, the cocktail list. Sasso, Carta, Forbici between 3pm and 5pm, every day. And the same 12 hour biga, fermented overnight at 24°C, that gives our cornicione its airy bite.
Built for the way you shop, eat, and meet. Walk in for a quick lunch between stores. Settle in for a long supper with friends. Grab a takeaway box on the way home.
